01. Acceptance of Governance

By accessing ApacGlobalMetrics.digital, you enter into a legally binding agreement with ApacGlobalMetrics, headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. These terms govern your use of our proprietary apac metrics dashboards, market reports, and raw data feeds.

If you do not agree to these conditions, you must cease all use of our analytics platform immediately. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time to reflect changes in regional financial regulations or technical upgrades in our data delivery systems.

02. Proprietary Analytics Rights

All methodologies, visualization algorithms, and specific apac metrics generated by our system remain the exclusive intellectual property of ApacGlobalMetrics. This includes:

  • Trade-Secret Data Scrubbing Logic
  • Predictive Regional Growth Models
  • Aggregated Secondary Datasets

Unauthorized scraping, redistribution, or commercial resale of our analytics output is strictly prohibited under international copyright law.

03. Permitted Usage & Limits

Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and download reports for internal business planning. You agree not to use the site for any activity that could disable, overburden, or impair our infrastructure.

Restricted Actions

  • • Automated data harvesting via bots or crawlers without prior API authorization.
  • • Attempting to reverse-engineer our predictive modeling logic.
  • • Sharing authenticated seat credentials outside of your designated corporate department.
